Project 2: Poems to read anywhere and anytime.

Mrs Billen knows of a project where poems were put on display all over the place, in bus stops, shops, streets and everywhere. Mrs Billen will get some of these posters and put them all over our school, will children read poems more?
Once these poems are up we will try to get people to read them.
We will also talk to mrs Billen about this project and share ideas.

Mr Lea will tell everyone in our values assembly that the poems are up all around the school and that we should try and read one each day. We will wait a week and then do a survey at lunch time. We will ask children if they have been reading the poems and which one was their favourite, this is to make sure they are not lying. If lots of children are reading the poems we know that our research has given us a good way of getting children to read poems more.
Project two should then be done all the time.
